Privacy

pdffacile is built so that your documents never reach us. Splitting and file-manipulation features run entirely in your browser: your file is processed on your own device and cleared from memory when you close or reload the page. We have no technical access to your documents.

Analytics: we use Plausible Analytics, a cookie-free, EU-hosted statistics tool. It collects no personal data and cannot identify you.

Accounts and payments: if you create an account or subscribe, the corresponding data (email address, billing details) is processed by our payment and hosting providers established in the European Union, solely to provide the service.

Future features that require servers (OCR, AI tools) will clearly say so before any transfer; affected files will be encrypted in transit and deleted automatically after processing.
